Refund Policy

In the event that you are not completely satisified with your products purchased from The Renaissance Soul's Journey you may return and receive a full refund for your products at the Renaissance Soul's Journey's discretion. This applies to unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A return and refund request must be sent by email to: mahala.kiss@hotmail.com before the 30 days is complete. Return shipping will be paid for by the Renaissance Soul's Journey by reimbursment after the shipping notice has been received via email to: mahala.kiss@hotmail.com.

For private sessions, events, courses, and classes all sales are final.
