​Reservation Policy:

Clients who request services online will be contacted within 48 hours to coordinate and confirm their appointment. If you are scheduling a mediumship reading and are hoping to receive messages from loved ones who have passed, Mahala suggests waiting 3 months following the passing of your loved one(s).

Cancellation Policy:​

Clients needing to cancel their appointments are asked to do so 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.

Mahala has been trained as a registered nurse, however, under no circumstances is she providing medical advice in any form during any of her offerings through The Renaissance Soul Journey. She is strictly providing spiritual guidance that has been channeled through spirit. Mahala will only provide reiki and/or mediumship services through her offerings and will not ever offer medical advice. If you are needing medical advice please see your health care practitioners as you see fit.
